Request electronic signatures quickly and easily.
Simply check a box expressing your intent to request signatures electronically, and generate your Lease package in Blue Moon Forms Online as normal. You will then be prompted to supply some additional information and send the document out for signature. Enforce legal contracts with confidence.
Documents signed via the Blue Moon Electronic Signature System carry the same legal authority as contracts bearing traditional signatures. Information pertaining to each E-signature transaction is permanently archived in Forms Online and can be accessed by the leasing agent at any time as needed. Process signatures for Rental Applications and Leases in one step.
Properties which collect applications via the Blue Moon Online Rental Application service can now move applicants into units in the Forms Online program, allowing them to bundle the Rental Application form together with the Lease document for signature. Maintain your integration with third-party property management software.
The Blue Moon E-signature feature can be used in conjunction with products such as Yardi Voyager, Intuit MRI, RealPage OneSite, and others. If you currently export lease data to Forms Online from one of these products, you can continue doing so AND take advantage of the E-signature option (some limitations may apply).
