AANC Forms Online is priced at $175 per property (or site) plus tax

Annual License Fee & Form Revisions

From time to time AANC makes changes to the lease forms to comply with changes in the law or as deemed necessary. All changes made in the forms will be reflected automatically in AANC Forms Online. You will have access to the application for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

After the first year, you must pay an annual license renewal fee of $175.00 (plus tax) to continue using the application.

Blue Moon Software will provide FREE telephone technical support for the first year and thereafter as long as you renew your annual license.

Printing and the Forms Counter

AANC Forms Online contains a built-in counter that tracks printing of AANC's forms. When you print a form, the counter will be reduced by a specific dollar amount. Please note that the cost for printing individual forms is a flat fee and cannot be pro-rated based on the number of copies actually printed. IT IS UP TO THE USER TO PRINT THE NUMBER OF COPIES REQUIRED BY AANC.

Additional forms beyond the $15.00 that are provided free with AANC Forms Online may be purchased from the Apartment Association of North Carolina using an order form contained within the application. Blue Moon Software will update your forms counter automatically when your order has been processed. Forms have been priced to be comparable to purchasing pre-printed forms, and are available in quantities of $60, $120, and $180 (plus tax).*

* Note: A $7.00 handling fee and local sales tax will be added to each forms order.
